I Drew Another Worthless Object

I like to occasionally watch a Lupin movie. Too bad i haven't seen the older ones (the classics)...i really should...orz.... So i just watched "Sweet Lost Night", the one with the magic lamp. It's mindless fun candy for me :D Also i love the instrumental opening theme song. I even hum it all the time ^___^;;

Out of the recent Lupin movies, i like "Green Vs. Red" the best. The concept is very interesting to me. Plus the animation is unique and good too.

I have noticed in the recent movies Goemon doesn't play much of a role ;___; He was more there for comic relief. In one fo the recent movies, the characters even state that XD But then again, Monkey Punch did say that Goemon was only added into the Lupin manga because he felt it needed a touch of Japanese.

oh yeah, hands down, Jigen will ALWAYS be the coolest :D

No time to draw tonight, so i just grabbed the Doraemon figure on my computer desk and just drew that. ^w^; an ugly scribble of a drawing..

All Canadians Are Great At Shovelling

Canada-san after successfully shovelling his driveway. That's actually how my driveways looks now. And i've just noticed my current pair of winter boots look like Canada-san's pair O__O.

I shovelled the driveway of snow for an hour today. It's so exhausting. My whole body feels tired and weak after it. Not to mention i was already sleepy before. I definitely need more sleep...orz.... My body's gonna be sore all over tommorrow TT___TT Good thing i salted the driveway yesterday or else there would be hard ice underneath the snow, and that would make it ever harder to shovel.

It started snowing last night and only stopped around 6pm today. My university decided to close school at 5pm; when the snow was about to stop. They should of just closed school in the beginning. The roads were horrible because the snow plows hadn't come by. Traffic was terrible. The road conditions was so bad.

WHERE THE HELL ARE THE SNOW PLOWS ANYWAY??

Since i used Hetalia characters, and wanting a bull market, i should have drew ALL the characters since it is a global economy nowadays. Instead i just drew Canada-san and Hong Kong-kun here as salarymen :D How ironic that Kumajiro is in the corner.

At a western mall in my area this year, they have some Chinese New Year activites. It included dance performance, and etc. They had dragon dancing. During the dragon dancing performance, you know what background music they played. They played "STAYIN' ALIVE" BY THE BEE GEES. Disco and Dragon Dancing are a perfect match, just like Tony and his comb -__-;;

年廿八, 洗邋遢!

A few days ago i watched those Gintama Sims video on youtube. At first it was so hilarious due to its "WTF O__o?" factor, but the novelty soon wore off. However, in one of the videos, i found Takasugi cleaning the toilet bowl and the countertop to be so damn amusing; i never get bore of watching that XD

So i thought this would be the perfect picture to draw for 年廿八, the 28th day in the last month before the Lunar New Year. Gotta clean everything today since can't tidy up until the (can't remember which day) of the new year.

Doesn't Golden Retrievers Always Look Like They Are Smiling?

As i was getting the mail today, a golden retriever and its owner walked past me. This dog had a simple muzzle on; the ones that have a single band wrap around its snout to close it. I think this was the only time i had ever seen a golden retriever that did not look like it was smiling. It had the meanest eyes i had ever seen on one of those.

So thanks meanest-looking golden retriever i had ever seen for the inspiration for this drawing. I decided to forgo the muzzle. I was gonna draw him wearing a black surgical mask instead, but i like lips too much ^^;. A ball gag would have been too kinky as if this picture wasn't already kinky enough XD

Squirrels are Lazy Bastards When They Think No One is Watching.

As you might know by now, evident from my daily oekaki, i have a thing for humanizing animals
^___^;; Why do i draw animals so often you may ask? Well it's because i notice them the most, that's all.

So here's my version of a black squirrel. The frequently seen species in my area. I see grey squirrels too, but not as much as the black squirrels. I think grey squirrels are much cuter. Too bad i don't get to see the red squirrels of Britain. They have these longish ears that makes them almost rabbit-like. Even cuter than the grey squirrel, in my opinion.

A few summers back, i saw a black squirrel sitting in front of my front door area of my house. It was rapidly chomping on some mouldy pecan-like nut, looked kind of like a plum pit. It was so fast in its movement and rotating that nut to eat it.

But i have notice that when squirrels are relax and think no one is watching them, they tend to be really lazy. I've seen them just lie around flat on their tummies on the grass or tree branches. They move by slowly crawling low to the ground/branch.

Recently during the winter, i have also notice the squirrels don't sit on snow, and instead on tree branches or clawed onto the tree trunks.

Man....why they hell did i write a journal entry about squirrels.....i am pathetic.....orz...

Slush and Bus

This drawing turned out to be depressing rather than happy....

Today while i was waiting for the bus, i saw a small bird, maybe a type of sparrow (?) land on top of a snow covered bike tire. It was chubby and cute. It sat on the tire for a little while before going back into its nest at the lamppost. Birds tend to sit around and observe if any predator is following them home.

Slush is gross and hard to walk in, especially brown-grey slush. I hate slush.

Since it's been so cold lately. For the whole week it's been -10 C and lower TTATT..... I really wanna go to an onsen, or eat hot pot, nabe, sukiyaki, teppenyaki, shabu shabu, Korean BBQ, or anything to warm me up for that matter!!

To help me feel warmer, somehow, i decided to draw Berry-san's current island on Livly Island. It's an onsen island~~~ so lovely~~~ *____* There's Paddock on the left, and Neko on the right.

Who Lives in a Pineapple Under the Sea?

i know this drawing is weird, disturbing and creepy XD. But here's my anthromorphic anime version of SpongeBob and Patrick.

i read that there will be a SquarePants dance at SunDance this year, because it is SpongeBob's 10th year anniversary. wow...i didn't it's been 10 years since this high on crack children's cartoon debuted O__O

yeah so i was flicking channels today and saw the episode where SpongeBob befriends a seahorse and named her "Mystery". I don't think there's anybody on earth that hates SpongeBob SquarePants with a passion XD

Some Turtles Can Breath Through Their Anuses....

i just watched 30 Rock, and Liz was fantasizing being on a Carribbean island, where good looking Filapinos served her drinks and turtle brought sandwiches.

After seeing that i want a sandwich turtle now! They have a small table placed on top of their shells and they just crawl around with a plate of sandwich on top of their little tables. That is just so cool and cute. Shouldn't all animals be able to contribute to society by working? XD

In one of my bio lab rooms where i have a bio tutorial there are three aquariums with four semi-aquatic turtles. They are all pretty big, like around 20-40cm in length. I bet they are even older than me. The turtles can be distracting when your TA is talking because it's just more fun to watch the turtles than the TA. The turtles even interrupted the TA when one of them was clawing its way back up to the platform, and was pushing the pebbles against the glass. Everyone was watching them and smiling at its struggle XD The turtles tend to look up at the people that are passing by. They crane their necks until the person is gone. They also look at you when you get close to their tanks. It's funny how people will go up to the turtles and do baby talk with them, saying "You guys are so big~! Oh yes you are! <3"

i heard from one of my bio prof last semester that some species of turtles can breath through their anuses so that they don't have to expose their heads out of the waters. i googled that up, and yeahi found something on it....

As you might see, i was in a Hetalia High when i drew this. i got excited finding out that there was a Hetalia World Fighting Championship, and i told Berry on MSN that, and we kinda fangirled over it for a while >3< But after reading the rules and such for it. there seems to be too much work involved with it -___-;;;; But if i had to claim a country i would probably pick Hong Kong first since i have some knowledge about the region or else it would be hard to come up with some good relevant jokes. I would also pick Canada-san too (a possibilty of Quebec-kun? XD). i just realized something right now! There needs to be a Macau!!!

Anyways, here's Greece-kun~! i don't know why, but i don't like using their human names that much. i find Greece to be so cute and hot all rolled up into one XD. i especially love those strips with Greece and Japan. They seem like such an adorable couple at the beginning of a relationship; the awkward stage <3 .

oh so very cold......TTATT......

Apparently it's a stereotype that Canadians talk about the weather constantly. But you know, you can't help it when you live in an environment where the weather dictates your life. Plans change because of snowstorms and bad weather all the time in Canada, well at least in Toronto anyways. People just can't help talking about their experience with it and how if affects their lives.

And why am i talking about this boring, convo-starter topic, you may ask? It's because it's gonna be like -16 C tommorrow and for the rest of the week. With the wind chill factor (oh this thing is so VERY important), it's going to feel like -30C TTATT I'm already wearing thick socks as i am typing this, but my toes are still cold.....

My mom showed be these cute photos of Arctic foxes from a magazine today. I've heard from one of my bio prof that Arctic foxes will use their tails to wrap around themselves to keep warm.

ahhh~~~~ how i wish i can use that tail to keep me toasty -0-

i have always wanted an oekaki tool on a blog so i can draw and immediately post. None of that upload hassle and stuff. If this works, then damnnn~~~ i love this blog server!! <3
